Terms of Service | VAULT Men's Health

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VAULT Men's Health platform ("Service"), operated by Read Ranch LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Telehealth Services

VAULT provides a technology platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations related to peptide therapy and men's health optimization.

All medical decisions are made by licensed physicians, not by VAULT.
Telehealth consultations are not a substitute for in-person medical care when needed.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the prescribing physician.
Not all patients will qualify for peptide therapy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a state where our services are available, and capable of forming a binding contract. You must provide accurate, complete health information.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide truthful and accurate information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Medical Information Disclaimer

Content on this platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Prescription Medications

Peptide therapies prescribed through our platform are compounded by licensed pharmacies. By using our Service:

You consent to receiving compounded medications as prescribed by your physician.
You understand that compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are legal when prescribed.
You agree to use medications only as directed by your prescribing physician.
You will immediately report any adverse effects to your physician.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time through your patient portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Privacy and HIPAA

Your protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned by Read Ranch LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAULT and Read Ranch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Read Ranch LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
